1. Cancelling a marketplace order
You can cancel any marketplace order before it is dispatchedby emailing support@fitscapes.inwith your order number. Cancellations before dispatch are free of charge and the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 3–7 working days.
Once the order has been handed to the courier we can no longer cancel it. Refuse delivery when it arrives, or accept and initiate a return under the Returns & Refunds policy.
2. Cancelling a pre-order
Pre-order checkout (Gymshark, YoungLA) isn’t open yet — the product page lets you register interest instead, and nothing is charged, so there is nothing to cancel today. The rest of this section describes the model we intend to run once it opens.
Pre-orders will be cancellable at any point before the batch cut-off date shown on the product page, with a full refund of any amount charged.
After the batch cut-off, we’ll have placed the sourcing order overseas and won’t be able to cancel individual pieces from it. Cancelling after cut-off will refund the item price minus the actual sourcing and return-logistics cost, quoted before you confirm the cancellation.
3. Cancellations we may initiate
We may cancel and refund your order — in whole or in part — if:
- The item turns out to be out of stock at the authorised seller.
- A pre-order batch doesn’t reach its minimum-quantity threshold within its window.
- The delivery address is not on a currently serviceable pin code and no alternative works.
- The payment fails verification or is flagged for fraud.
- There’s a pricing error significant enough that fulfilling the order would be commercially unreasonable.
In every case we refund any amount charged to the original payment method within 3–7 working days and email you the confirmation.
4. Modifying an order
We can’t swap an item, size or address on an order that’s already been paid for and locked. If you need a change, cancel the original before dispatch and place a new order for the change you want.
