1. Who these terms are between
“Fitscapes”, “we” or “us” refers to the Fitscapes team operating this website. “You” refers to anyone using it — whether to browse, save a wishlist, register interest in a pre-order, or place a paid order. By using the site you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. What Fitscapes actually is right now
Fitscapes is a pre-launch sports and fitness marketplace. We curate gear, apparel, supplements and equipment from brands and their authorised distributors, and we surface them in one place with an honest inventory story. Two different fulfilment models sit behind the site:
- Marketplace items — products from brands available in India (Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Salomon, Yonex, Cosco, Nivia and the rest of our catalog). We source these from authorised sellers per order.
- Pre-order items — products from brands not yet stocked in India (Gymshark, YoungLA). We pool demand and place a batch order once enough interest is registered. Delivery windows for pre-orders are longer and stated on each product page. Checkout for these isn’t open yet — the product page lets you register interest instead, no payment involved.
We are a marketplace intermediary. Product authenticity, quality and warranty terms are the responsibility of the brand and the authorised seller. We stand behind the sourcing chain and will help mediate any dispute.
3. Eligibility
You may use the site if you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.
4. Accounts and personal data
The site currently runs without accounts. Your saved profile, cart and wishlist live only in your browser (see the Privacy Policy). Once you place an order we collect the delivery and contact information needed to fulfil it.
5. Placing an order
Adding an item to your bag and checking out is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. We may decline an order — with a full refund of any payment made — if:
- The item is out of stock at the authorised seller.
- The pre-order batch fails to hit its threshold within the stated window.
- We detect fraud, abuse or a pricing error.
- The delivery address is outside our current serviceable pin codes.
Pricing and taxes
Prices on the site are inclusive of GST at the applicable rate. What you see is what you pay before the delivery line at checkout. Delivery fees depend on your address and selected speed. If a listed price is obviously wrong (a display error, a wrong decimal), we may cancel the order and refund it — we won’t hold you to a mispriced total.

7. Discounts and promo codes
Launch-week spin-the-wheel and any other promo codes are subject to the rules stated when they’re issued: one per device, first order only, not combinable, no cash value.
8. What we ask of you
You agree not to:
- Impersonate someone else or provide false delivery information.
- Scrape, mass-download or reverse-engineer the site or its APIs.
- Interfere with the site’s security or bypass paywalls, rate limits or promo restrictions.
- Use the site to send unsolicited messages, spam or abusive content through the community feed or the coach chat.
Anything you post to the community feed is additionally governed by our Community Guidelines, which set out what may not be hosted here and how to report content.
9. Intellectual property
The Fitscapes name, F-mark, wordmark, site design, code and original content are ours. Product names, brand logos and product photography belong to the respective brands and are used with permission or as nominative fair use to describe the goods sold. Nothing on the site grants you a license to reuse any of this beyond viewing it.
10. Third-party content and services
The AI coach (Coach) responds using both a deterministic engine and, when configured, a language model. Its suggestions are general fitness guidance and not medical advice — see the full Disclaimer, which also covers how the nutrition numbers are produced and the limits of what supplement listings claim. The site may link to external sites (payment gateway, delivery partner, brand pages); we’re not responsible for the content or availability of those sites.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the site is limited to the total amount you paid us in the six months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, subject to mandatory consumer-protection forums that grant you jurisdiction elsewhere.
13. Changes
We will update these terms in place. The effective date at the top marks the last change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
