Supplements, without the noise.
Protein, creatine, pre-workout, vitamins, electrolytes, recovery — and real food that carries its weight: wafers, peanut butter, makhana and bars. International and Indian brands side by side, sorted by what you’re training for rather than by whoever paid for the shelf.

Food first, always. Supplements close gaps — they don’t replace calories, protein or sleep. If you’re not sure what you actually need, let Coach work it out from your numbers. And check with a doctor before starting anything if you’re pregnant, on medication or managing a health condition. Supplements are food, not medicine — they aren’t intended to diagnose, treat or cure anything (full disclaimer).
How this aisle is built.
Evidence, on the label
Every product carries how well-supported its main claim actually is. Creatine and whey earn a different badge from a fat burner, and we say so on the card rather than in the small print.
Cost per serving, not per tub
A 2 kg tub isn't cheaper because it's bigger. Sort by value and the real price of a scoop comes out.
Veg and vegan, flagged
Plant sources, dairy content and gluten are filters, not footnotes — which matters a lot in an Indian catalog.
